Patient-Specific Implant Placement Guides
Place Every Implant With Confidence
Accurate, patient-specific surgical guides fabricated in-house, designed to translate your digital treatment plan into precise, predictable implant placement in the operatory.
- Full-arch and partially edentulous designs
- Tissue-supported, bone-supported, and tooth-supported
- Compatible with all major guided surgery systems
Why Surgical Guides Matter
Precision Placement Starts Before the First Incision
The most successful implant cases begin with a plan executed exactly as designed. HJ Dental Lab's surgical guides are fabricated from your CBCT and digital scan data to translate that plan into the operatory with accuracy that freehand techniques cannot replicate.
Every guide is designed collaboratively. Our technicians review your treatment plan data and confirm the guide design before printing. The result is a device that seats exactly as planned on surgery day.
- Designed from CBCT + intraoral scan data
- Tissue, tooth, and bone-supported options
- Full-arch and partial edentulous configurations
- Stereolithographic resin fabrication
- Accurate to ±0.1mm in clinical studies
Guide Types
Three Designs, One Precision Standard
Fully Guided
Sleeve-retained guide controls entry point, angulation, and depth for every implant. Recommended for full-arch and complex multi-implant cases.
Partially Guided
Directs initial angulation and entry point while allowing clinical adjustment at depth. Used where anatomy limits full guidance but directional control is still essential.
Open-Window Design
Allows direct visualization during placement. Preferred for bone-level tissue-punch approaches and cases with limited interarch clearance.
The Surgical Guide Process
