What You Need

Submission Checklist for Implant Cases

Most cases require only a few files and a brief note. Here is exactly what to include for the most common case types.

Intraoral Scan Files

STL or PLY format: upper arch, lower arch, and bite registration

Implant Scan Body in Place

Digital impression with implant position captured in the scan

Shade Selection

VITA Classical shade or custom shade description with photo reference

Material Preference

Monolithic zirconia, layered, PFM, full-cast, or PMMA provisional

Retention Type

Screw-retained or cement-retained configuration

Occlusal Notes

Any clinical notes relevant to occlusion, opposing arch, or bite history

How to Submit a Case to HJ Dental Lab

Create Your Account

Register at the HJ Portal. New partners are approved same day. Existing users log in and go directly to New Case.

Upload Your Files

Drag and drop your scan files (STL, PLY, DICOM). Add your case notes, material preferences, and delivery date.

Review & Submit

Double-check your submission summary, confirm turnaround, and submit. You will receive email confirmation within 2 hours.

Track Your Case

Log into the portal anytime to see your case status, from review to fabrication to shipped.

Turnaround Times

What to Expect After Submission

We confirm receipt and review status within two business hours. Standard turnaround times are listed below, with rush options available on request.

  • Full-arch and All-on-X frameworks: 2 weeks
  • Implant crowns (single unit): 2 weeks
  • Multi-unit implant bridges: 2 weeks
  • Surgical guides: 2 weeks (submit at least 7 business days before surgery)
  • Full contour zirconia crowns: 1 week
  • Rush fabrication: contact us for availability
